QOD: What do u do when you feel overwhelm, anxiety, stress, or worried what is your go to and relax?

K. Raines-Terry: Pray, give it to God and go lay down, relax and maybe take a nap. Listen to gospel music. Encourage yourself in the Word of God. I truly love this response

Me: I have to first remove myself and mind from situation, play gospel music, pray, or do what I do best and that is to write.
